Event Info:
The Summit Center Autism Walk is a family-friendly event with 91% of every dollar raised directly benefiting those we serve. The event is centered around a 4-mile walk from Summit (150 Stahl Road) along the Amherst Bike Path, and back to Summit or a 0.5-mile walk around Summit's grounds. The post-walk picnic will feature food, beverages, children's activities, a basket raffle, and live entertainment. Please join us for this uplifting and fun-filled day.

Event Schedule:

Packet Pick-up at Summit (150 Stahl Rd Getzville, NY). Pick-up your walker packet with bib, lunch ticket, event information, and tee(if reached $100 walker reward level). If you cannot pick-up your packet on April 21, packets will be available on event day for pick-up.4/21/2017 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Shuttle Service from Amherst Police Station/Audubon Library - 500 John James Audubon Parkway, Amherst, NY 14228 - parking on the left.4/29/2017 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
Registration - all event attendees must register and sign the liability waiver. Registration will be under the tent in the parking lot.4/29/2017 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Walk Opening Ceremony. Walk begins immediately following.4/29/2017 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Fees:
Virtual Participant: No Fees
For participants who cannot attend on Walk Day but would like to virtually participate by raising funds and awareness. If you have Independent Health as your insurance provider, please use discount code: IHA. Independent Health will reimburse Summit for those registrations.

16x20 Student Artwork Canvas ($1,000.00 + ) 
Participants raising $1,000 or more
   Rewards: 16x20 Student Artwork Canvas - To qualify, fundraise a minimum of $1,000 on your personal fundraising page and you will receive an 16x20 reproduction of original student artwork on canvas for the 2017 Autism Walk!

8x10 Student Artwork Canvas ($500.00 - $999.00) 
Participants raising $500 or more
   Rewards: 8x10 Student Artwork Canvas - To qualify, fundraise a minimum of $500 on your personal fundraising page and you will receive an 8x10 reproduction of original student artwork on canvas for the 2017 Autism Walk!

T-Shirt ($100.00 + ) 
Participants raising $100 or more
   Rewards: T-Shirt - All participants who raise $100 or more on their personal fundraising page will receive The Summit Center Autism Walk 2017 T-shirt!

  
Team Level
VIP Team Tent ($5,000.00 + ) 
Teams recruiting 15 or more participants and fundraising $5,000 or more.
   Rewards: VIP Team Tent - Teams that have 15 or more participants and collectively raise $5,000 or more by April 21, 2017 will receive their own VIP tent on Walk day to congregate and leave belongings!
